Our Return Exchange Policy - FINAL SALE

We have a "FINAL SALE" policy, meaning that we do not return or exchange any items unless there is a damage on our end. 

Unfortunately, any item purchased at Mync Boutique or Mync Hijabs is FINAL SALE and there will be NO REFUNDS & NO EXCHANGES for this. This policy is in effect due to "hygenic reasons”.

If there is a product damage on our end, then we are happy to allow a return or an exchange. To be eligible for this, however, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
